Services and Fees

We offer repairs on virtually every name brand consumer quality appliance.  With an average 98% satisfaction rating you can rest assured your appliance repairs will be made in a timely and efficient manner.  We normally run a one day turnaround time for appointments.  If a specialty part is needed that we do not stock in our trucks, one of our three parts department specialists will have it on order as soon as we diagnose the issue.  We have a special relationship with six of the nations largest appliance part vendors to ensure fast turnaround and shipping timelines.  We are a paperwork free office so every part of your repair process happens in real-time and ensures there is no "lost" or "missing" paperwork issues that can delay the process for your repair.  We stock most common parts in our repair vehicles and over the past year only 28% of our service calls required a return visit with a part.  72% of our total services calls were repaired with stocked parts on the first visit. 

When an appliance goes down we understand that it is an inconvenience to the homeowner and it is in our best interest to get you back up and running swiftly.  We have been in operations for over 35 years repairing appliances in the Minnesota metro area and this is because we understand the unfortunate change of lifestyle when a washer, dryer, refrigerator, range, or dishwasher goes down.

Fees
Initial one-time trip fee of $100 due in advance of scheduled visit, $50 labor fee if repairs are made to the unit and cost of any parts associated with repair. An extra appliance will be an additional $50 labor fee along with the cost of part/s.

Premium Service Charge 

The premium service charge is only for specific brands of appliances. We charge an initial one-time trip fee of $200 due in advance of scheduled visit, $50 labor fee if repairs are made to the unit and cost of any parts associated with repair. An extra appliance will be an additional $100 labor fee along with the cost of part/s. Brands that fall under the premium service charge are the following; Miele, Asko, Ariston, Bertazzoni, Bosch, Dacor, Thermador, Fisher Paykel, Jenn Aire, Leihber, SubZero, Wolf, Viking, Samsung (refrigerator and dishwasher only) We do not service commercial (coin-op) appliances.

CALLING ALL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND LANDLORDS
We offer discounted rates to companies with more than 5 locations throughout the Twin Cities. A flat rate of $100 per service call and the cost of part/s. Our sister company, Highway 61 Appliance Parts is a parts distributor which ensures the lowest costs on replacement parts along with a ONE year warranty on parts.
